Shipping, Exchanges and Returns

Returns

Here at Kebbe Bleiben, each product is made to order especially for you (you can check out the advantages for the environment in our Sustainability section). For this reason, we generally do not offer returns or refunds if you have changed your mind and do not want the product anymore (you may check the European guidelines here).

However, we don't want to leave you in a bad situation. Please get in contact with us at contact@kebbebleiben.de and tell us about the situation at maximum 14 days after receiving your order. Depending on the situation and the order size, we might be able to give you a full refund for the product (not including the shipping costs) if you send the product back to us. In this case, you would have to cover the shipping costs for the return as well, and the product should reach us in good condition (without any damages, stains, and without having been washed).

And, if you change your mind just after ordering, you might still be able to cancel your order. In this case, check our "Can I change or cancel my order?" FAQ point.

Exchanges

Here at Kebbe Bleiben, each product is made to order especially for you. That means that nothing is made until you place an order. For this reason, we do not generally offer exchanges for different products or different sizes. However, we don't want to leave you in a bad situation, and we don't want an accident to stop you from enjoying your Kebbe product.

Of course, if there is a problem with your order, like a wrong or bad print, or a damaged or wrong product, we will of course fix the problem free of charge for you. Please see the Problems with your order section of the FAQ.

If you have ordered the wrong size or the wrong design, and would like to exchange the product for a different one, we will have to look at it on a case by case basis. We might ask you to send us the older product, and once we receive it in good condition, we'll send you a new product for free. In this case, we might still ask you to pay for the shipping costs for the return and the new product.

This is only possible if the item is returned without any stains, damage, and (in the case of clothing) without having been washed.

This whole situation can be very time-consuming for both you and us, so we ask you to please double check your order before ordering. In the case of clothing, check the size chart before your purchase. You can find the size chart on every product page, and in the FAQ page. In case of doubts, contact us at contact@kebbebleiben.de for any questions.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been printed yet, you can still cancel it or change it. This means you have about one day after your place your order to cancel or change your order.

Please send us an email as soon as possible at contact@kebbebleiben.de, including your order number and name, so that we can make the changes.

Unfortunately, once your order has been printed, it cannot be cancelled any more.

But we don't like dealing with absolutes. Send us an email at contact@kebbebleiben.de, and we'll see what we can do to accomodate you!

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?

As long as your order has not been sent yet, you can still change the delivery address. This means you have about one day after your place your order to do that.

Please send us an email as soon as possible at contact@kebbebleiben.de, including your order number and name, so that we can make the changes.

Unfortunately, once your order has been sent, we cannot change the delivery address anymore.

If this is a big problem, get in contact with us. Maybe there's something we can still do.

Where do you ship?

Almost everywhere around the world, including to the USA, Europe, and Lebanon!

At the moment, we can unfortunately not deliver to the following countries and regions: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Afghanistan,
Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

Can I order from and to Lebanon?

Definitely!

There are two options, depending on how you would like to pay:

1- pay by credict card / Paypal: order directly through our website, the order will be shipped with DHL to you (only 10€ charge!), and receive your order within two or three weeks!

2- pay in cash: order by email or Instagram, and we will bring your order with us in our next trip to Lebanon (usually December, April-May and/or September, no extra delivery charge).

When will my order arrive?

If you are ordering from the North-America, Europe, Brazil or some countries in Asia (full list below), the delivery time is shown under the "Add to Cart" button.

If you are ordering from anywhere else, here's what you need to know:
- Your product is made on demand (it's better for the environment!). Once you order, your order will be made in just 2-5 business days!
- After your order has been made, it will be shipped. The shipping time depends on your location. You can find a list of most locations here.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the delivery location:

- 3.99€ for shipping to Europe, Canada, the USA, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and Brazil.
- 9.67€ for anywhere else in the world (international shipping: your order might be subject to import tax*)

You can also see the final shipping price during Checkout, before buying.

* Please check the delivery country's import tax law for more information. Any import tax should be handled by the customer.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Packstations?

At the moment, unfortunately no.

Typically only national postal operators (such as Deutsche Post in Germany) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes or Packstations.

Our deliveries might be done with other shipping companies, such as Hermes, for example. In this case, we would not be able to deliver to a PO Box or Packstation, so we cannot offer that at the moment.

For a smooth delivery, we suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box
address. But if you still want to order to a Packstation or PO Box, it can still be arranged, but the delivery times might be longer.

Please send us an email, and we will see what we can do!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link, which you can use to track your oder.

Problem with your order?

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?I haven't received my package, but the tracking state that it was. What now ?

Sometimes, the shipping company might mark your package as delivered, but you don't have the package. What to do then?

Here are a few steps you can do, which usually solve most of the cases:

●Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

●Ask your local post office if they have your package

●Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at contact@kebbebleiben.de with your order number, and we'll figure it out with you.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

I entered the wrong address. What now?

Please let us know as soon as possible!

If we haven't shipped your order yet, then we can still change the address. Send us an email at contact@kebbebleibe.de, with the subject line "Wrong Shipping address", your order number, and your new shipping address.

If your order is already out for delivery, then we cannot guarantee that we can change the shipping address.

In some cases, the local post can still make the delivery depending on the recipient address error. If they can’t deliver your order, they’ll send it back to our printing facility. Then you’ll need to confirm the changed address for reshipping the package within 30 days.

Why can’t I see any tracking info after my order has been shipped out?

It can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in your carrier’s system.

If it hasn't shown up after that time, please get in touch with us at contact@kebbebleiben.de, stating your order number in the email or subject line.

For international shipments, tracking info might appear even later.

So don’t worry, your order is still on track for its destination.

My order shows it is being returned to sender?

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address.

Please get in touch with us at contact@kebbebleiben.de with your order number and explaining the situation, so that we can see how you would like to proceed.

If the issue was with a wrong delivery address, please also add a corrected delivery address.

Depending on the situation, new shipping charges might be
applied for orders that have been returned by you, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

Some items were missing from my order. What now?

Just send us an email to contact@kebbebleiben.de and tell us what was missing.

Please also send us a picture of the delivery slip, which has a list of all the items sent. You will find the delivery slip inside the package you received.

We'll fix this as soon as possible.

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can fix this for you as soon as we can! And ideally no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. In some cases, we can send you a replacement for free!

Before that, we might ask you to double check that the shipping address was correct, and check with your local post office to try locating the lost order. We'll also do the same from our end.

If tracking information states that the order was delivered, but you think you haven't received it, we'll have to look at it on a case by case basis. But no worries, we want you to be happy with your experience with us, so we'll find a solution which works for you too!

I received a damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact@kebbebleiben.de within a week's time with photos of the damaged product and your order number.


We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

I received an incorrect item that I did not order. What now?

Just send us an email to contact@kebbebleiben.de with a picture of the item you received.

We'll send you the correct item as soon as possible.

There is a problem with the print on my product. What do I do?

Here at Kebbe Bleiben, we take pride in offering great designs with great print quality.

So, if there is any issue with the print, or if you are unhappy with it for any reason, please let us know by sending us an email at contact@kebbebleiben.de with a picture of the problem, and we'll send you a replacement for free!

A refund would also be possible, if you prefer.

Sustainability , Quality control, and Other topics

How are Kebbe Bleiben products made?

All the Kebbe Bleiben designs are made in-house by the Kebbe Bleiben team. Not that we could outsource making these puns even if we wanted to ^^.

For the printing, we work with many printing partners with facilities all around the EU and the world.

Our printing partners start printing your order one or two days after receiving your oder, in case you would like to change anything to your order, such as the delivery address, or cancel it.

They then package it and ship it directly to you!We carefully select our printing partners by testing their product and print quality ourselves.

Our highest requirements are for the print quality, and the quality of the product itself, while also delviering good value for money, so that our products are affordable.

Are your packages sustainable?

At Kebbe Bleiben, we care about the environment. For this reason, all our packages are made of post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastics. The share of recycled plastic per bag it’s at least 50% for the outside (white or grey) packaging and at least 30% for the inside (clear) bags that are used in multi-item shipments. Our supplyer is also working on improving these numbers. Ziad Abou Chakra stlyle.

Furthermore, we even comply with the German Packaging Act!

Our print quality control

Here at Kebbe Bleiben, we care about the quality you get. We believe in selling good prints on good products. This is we have spent months and hundreds of euros testing every potential print shops and t-shirt until we found the best to work with.

Furthermore, whenever a new design is released, we print a sample to test the color vibrancy and print position.

At our supplier level, all orders are checked both during printing and before packaging, to check for any production errors. The inks and printer settings used are also optimised to yield the best outcome for every product

With our supplier's constant quality control and our initial checks, we believe we can offer you the best print-on-demand quality, consistently.

How to care for your t-shirts

Printed apparel (direct-to-garment)

We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options.
We use high-quality inks that won't fade for a long time if taken care of properly.

Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions
don't take into consideration the DTG printing process. So we suggest following the care instructions on this page to learn how to take care of your printed garments properly.

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a
gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but
hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out.
Don't iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you
wash or dry it on a high setting.

What are the payment options?

When ordering from our website, you can pay in a variety of options, including:

- Paypal

- Visa, Mastercard and Maestro

- Klarna

- Sofort

- Apple Pay and Google Pay

- and a few other options

When ordering via email or Instagram, the payment will be in cash on delivery. Please contact us at contact@kebbebleiben.de for those orders.

How come there is no VAT on my invoice?

Here at Kebbe Bleiben, we are registered as a Kleinunternehmer, and have very recently opened our business. As such, we are not obligated to charge or pay VAT. This is why it does not show up on your receipt, and is not part of our prices.

Until when is my voucher valid?

Our vouchers are either limited in time, or limited in number of orders. This means the voucher is either good for one order, or for a period of time.

- If your voucher is for a number of orders, then there is no time limit to use it.

- If your voucher is limited in time (for example, if there is a sale in a specific month), then it is valid until the end of the specified period.

Size or item is sold out?

Sometimes, it happens that we run out of a specific size or item. When this happens, we do our best to restock the item as soon as possible (if you would like to know when we do, then you can register for our newsletter at the bottom of the page!)

If this happens to something you would like to order, and you cannot wait for us to restock it, contact us at contact@kebbebleiben.de.
